I have extensive experience and knowledge in IT infrastructure and application management on different platforms.
Because of my occupation as service manager one of my most important tasks are to develop and to represent the service portfolio in the best way possible to the customers, partners and suppliers and within the group Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems.
I carry the technical, organizational and commercial responsibility for projects and services and I’m the person in charge for customers, partners and suppliers. My strategy is based on ITIL.
I’m closely involved in development of business and strategy and I support that development process by independent realization of innovativ projects.
I also work in Marketing, Pre-Sales and Business Development to bind existing customers and win new ones. At trade fairs and congresses I represent the solutions and services of the company.
From May 2008 to June 2017 I worked as a Service Manager for T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH, a company with over 1.ooo employees and locations in Dresden, Jena, München, Stuttgart, Bonn, Hamburg and Berlin. T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH is a subsidiary of T-Systems International GmbH.
From July 2017 I start working in the department „Business Development Multi Cloud“ of QSC AG, a company with 1.500 employees and 12 locations in Germany.
